Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. – October 22, 2007 – DeVry University recently named
Oak Park resident Marisa Kirsch as alumni relations manager.  Kirsch will be responsible for creating an active community among the more than 220,000 DeVry University alumni that will benefit from engaging with the DeVry alumni association.

“Marisa is a very well-rounded individual that has been able to effectively contribute to the organization through various roles,” said Jerry Murphy, vice president of student affairs and alumni relations for DeVry University.  “Her history with DeVry University and solid work ethic makes
me confident that she will be able to successfully revive this vital area of the organization while serving as a strong connection to our alumni.”

Kirsch earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from
the University of Illinois and is currently pursuing her Master in Business Administration from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management.  She is a member of the American Marketing Association
